Job summary

Redpath Partners in Australia is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to support a portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects from planning through to construction, sales and settlements. You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while driving feasibility studies and risk management.

The ideal candidate holds tertiary qualifications in property or related fields and has about 2+ years of development

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Valuations, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Approximately 2+ years' experience within property development, development management, project management, advisory or a related field.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end management of development projects from planning through to construction, sales and settlements.
Coordinate planning, rezoning and approval processes.
Undertake market research and feasibility analysis.
Assist with consultant, contractor and stakeholder management.
Support project budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Monitor construction progress and project milestones.
Assist with sales, marketing and settlement activities.
Prepare project reports and support risk management processes.
