Sunshine Coast Residential Builder on the Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead multiple home projects from pre-start through handover. You will ensure delivery to programme, quality and budget while maintaining safe on-site practices.

Ideally you bring 3+ years in residential supervision, QBCC licencing, and a track record of coordinating trades and suppliers. The role offers a competitive package with a company vehicle and phone, and genuine ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

We are an established, family-owned residential building business seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our Sunshine Coast team.

Our projects range from simple home designs through to fully customised homes. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused professional who takes ownership of the entire construction process, from thorough pre-start preparation through to quality handover.

The Role

• Manage multiple residential construction projects concurrently, ensuring delivery to programme, specification and quality standards.

• Thoroughly review construction plans, specifications and scopes before commencement, identifying potential issues and resolving discrepancies early.

• Develop and maintain accurate construction programmes, coordinating trades, suppliers and critical milestones.

• Undertake regular site inspections and maintain strong quality control throughout construction.

• Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret detailed construction documentation.

• High attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship.
