Job summary

Sunshine Coast Residential Builder on the Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead multiple home projects from pre-start through handover. You will ensure delivery to programme, quality and budget while maintaining safe on-site practices.

Ideally you bring 3+ years in residential supervision, QBCC licencing, and a track record of coordinating trades and suppliers. The role offers a competitive package with a company vehicle and phone, and genuine ownership of delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in residential construction supervision.
• QBCC licence and relevant qualifications.
• Ability to manage multiple builds across varying levels of complexity.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, trades and colleagues.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting.
• Willingness to work within established systems and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential construction projects concurrently, ensuring delivery to programme, specification and quality standards.
• Thoroughly review construction plans, specifications and scopes before commencement, identifying potential issues and resolving discrepancies early.
• Develop and maintain accurate construction programmes, coordinating trades, suppliers and critical milestones.
• Undertake regular site inspections and maintain strong quality control throughout construction.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues and minimise delays and rework.
• Work closely with estimating, administration, clients, trades and management to ensure clear communication and coordinated delivery.
• Maintain safe, compliant and well-organised building sites.
