Deacon Recruitment is seeking a Construction Administrator for a residential builder on the Gold Coast. The role supports site teams and estimating with flexible hours and an early start, finishing as early as 3:30pm.

You will manage client queries and documentation, EOTs, and notices of delay while coordinating with trades and internal teams. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in construction administration within the residential building industry.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Passionate about the construction industry.

Responsabilités

• Manage client queries and resolve issues.
• Trade compliance and collection of required documentation.
• Client liaison, updates and construction-related enquiries.
• Preparation and tracking of Extensions of Time (EOTs).
• Issuing and managing Notices of Delay.
• Reviewing claims and variations.
• Compiling practical completion and project handover packs.
• Coordinating with trades, consultants and internal project teams.
• Meetings on site with the Developer.
