Sydney Building Management & Projects is seeking a permanent full-time Concierge for a large residential tower in Rushcutters Bay or Kurraba Point. You’ll welcome residents and guests, support the Building Management team, and help maintain safety and presentation.

Rushcutters Bay or Kurraba Point Location

Sydney Building Management & Projects is seeking a dedicated permanent full-time Concierge to join our professional team at a residential tower in Rushcutters Bay or Kurraba Point.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30pm

Hours: 38 hours per week

Salary: $65,000 per year + Superannuation

About the Role

As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of the building, ensuring residents and guests enjoy an exceptional experience. This position is based in a large residential complex, requiring a proactive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
• Assist the Building Management team with supervising contractors, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain building security, cleanliness, and presentation.

Requirements

• This role requires a long-term commitment and a stable schedule.
• Candidates must have full work rights in Australia and be available to work full-time on an ongoing basis.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
