Job summary

Plantation Homes is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead around 12 residential projects from start to finish in South East Queensland. You will coordinate trades, maintain high workmanship standards, and ensure WHS compliance and budget discipline.

We're looking for a Construction Supervisor who takes pride in delivering quality homes, knows how to keep trades accountable, and genuinely enjoys seeing a build come together from slab to handover.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Managing around 12 residential construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinating and motivating trades to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
• Conducting quality inspections at key stages of construction
• Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and building regulations
• Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders throughout the build journey
• Identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
• Keeping projects on budget, on time, and built to a standard you're proud to put your name against

• Has experience supervising residential construction projects
• Knows construction processes inside and out
• Can build strong relationships with trades and suppliers
• Is organised without being overly bureaucratic

• Holds a current driver's licence and relevant QBCC Site Supervisor or Open Builders licence
