Plantation Homes is seeking a Construction Supervisor in Brisbane to lead 12 residential projects from slab to handover. You will coordinate trades, uphold high workmanship standards, and conduct site inspections across multiple sites while ensuring WHS compliance and regulatory standards.

Strong client communication and issue-resolution skills are essential, as you keep projects on time, on budget, and built to a quality you’re proud to put your name against.

• Managing around 12 residential construction projects from start to finish

• Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders throughout the build journey

You're probably someone who:

• Has experience supervising residential construction projects
• Knows construction processes inside and out
• Can build strong relationships with trades and suppliers
• Is organised without being overly bureaucratic
• Has a sharp eye for quality and detail
• Remains calm when things don't go to plan
• Understands that great communication is often the difference between a good build and a great one
• Holds a current driver's licence and relevant QBCC Site Supervisor or Open Builders licence
