Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist for a casual Summer leave position in Inner South, Melbourne. You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy services across residential aged care, including mobility/functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one and group activities.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is essential to practice as a physiotherapist.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work across a mobile region within residential aged care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy programs in Residential Aged Care.
• Conduct mobility and functional programs and care plan reviews.
• Provide one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimise resident outcomes.
• Represent Plena Healthcare in the community and RAC settings.
