Job summary

Plena Healthcare is recruiting a casual Physiotherapist to support Residential Aged Care across the Melbourne region. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver mobility and functional therapy programs, care plan reviews, and one-to-one interventions while participating in group-based active ageing services.

You will hold General AHPRA registration, current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, a valid driver’s licence, and full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA is required.
• Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs in Residential Aged Care.
• Conduct mobility and functional programs and care plan reviews.
• Provide one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support residents and families.
