Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our national allied health team, focused on Residential Aged Care and mobile service delivery across South Australia. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one and group activities.

The role offers a fixed-term contract until August 2027 to cover parental leave, with a strong likelihood of transitioning to an ongoing position.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required for practice.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.
