Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join its allied health team delivering mobility and functional therapies in Residential Aged Care. You will work with a multidisciplinary team across facilities, providing personalised therapy plans.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration required.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs for residents.
• Provide mobility and functional therapy and care plan reviews.
• Conduct one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team across RAC and community settings.
