Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide evidence-based therapy in Residential Aged Care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support mobility and independence for older adults. The role covers RAC and community settings and welcomes clinicians from new graduates to experienced professionals.

You will be part of a national allied health provider, with sponsorship support available for the right candidate who meets registration and safety requirements.

Qualificações

• General AHPRA registration.
• Police Check (current or willingness to obtain).
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (current or willingness to obtain).
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy programs for Residential Aged Care residents.
• Conduct mobility and functional assessments and create care plans.
• Provide one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise client outcomes.
• Support movement and independence for older adults in RAC and community settings.
