Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care team in Melbourne North East on a Summer casual basis. You will deliver mobility and functional programs, review care plans, and provide one-to-one and group therapy in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will hold General AHPRA registration, a current Police Check, a valid driver’s licence, and NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain. Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobility and functional therapy programs in RAC settings.
• Conduct care plan reviews and adjust therapy accordingly.
• Provide one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across residential and community settings.
