Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to work in Residential Aged Care across a mobile region, delivering personalised, evidence-based therapy programs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement mobility and functional programs, review care plans, provide one-to-one interventions, and run group-based active ageing activities.

We welcome early career clinicians and experienced allied health professionals, with sponsorship support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs in Residential Aged Care.
• Contribute to mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions.
• Support group-based active ageing services and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
