Bupa in Melbourne is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator to lead a resident-led lifestyle program that supports connection, purpose and wellbeing across the home.

You’ll guide the Wellbeing Carer team, arrange 1:1 and group activities, coordinate volunteers and events, and ensure accurate documentation and assessments, while embedding Montessori-style approaches for dementia care.

Competenze

• Essential Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle; degree-level qualifications are highly regarded.
• Proven experience in lifestyle, wellbeing or activities coordination, ideally in aged care or community care.
• Strong ability to plan, document and coordinate a busy daily activity calendar.
• Comfortable engaging with residents, families and volunteers with person-first care.

• Plan and coordinate a resident-led lifestyle calendar and events with the care home leadership.
• Create inclusive opportunities recognizing each resident’s values, identity and culture.
• Lead and support the Wellbeing Carer team to deliver daily activities and hospitality-style support.
