Job summary

Bupa Morphettville in Adelaide is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator to drive a vibrant, resident-led lifestyle program that supports connection, purpose and wellbeing. You will lead 1:1 and group activities, mentor the Wellbeing Carer team, and coordinate volunteers and community links to create a welcoming daily living experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lifestyle, wellbeing or activities coordination, ideally within aged care or community care.
• Warm, professional communication skills to engage residents, families, volunteers and the care team.
• Strong planning and judgement to manage a busy daily activities calendar and deadlines.
• Comfortable using digital systems to plan and document resident and program information.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate a resident-led lifestyle calendar and special events with the care home leadership.
• Lead and support the Wellbeing Carer team delivering daily activities and hospitality-style support.
• Coordinate volunteers, entertainers, outings and lifestyle communications.
• Complete lifestyle assessments and contribute to care planning with accurate documentation.
• Maintain safe, compliant practice including infection control and WHS.
• Evaluate activities and contribute to continuous improvement of the lifestyle program.
