Bupa Bateau Bay is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator to lead a vibrant, resident-led program that enhances connection, purpose and wellbeing. You will guide the Wellbeing Carer team and coordinate activities, 1:1 support, and community engagement to create meaningful daily living experiences.

You will assess residents, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the leadership team to embed Montessori-style approaches and evidence-based practices in dementia care.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating lifestyle, wellbeing or activities (aged care or community care).
• Strong planning and scheduling of daily activities and events.
• Warm, professional communication with residents, families and staff.
• Comfortable using digital systems to plan and document resident programs.
• Current First Aid certificate including CPR is essential.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate a resident-led lifestyle calendar and events with the care home team.
• Create inclusive activities respecting residents’ values, culture and spirituality and engage families.
• Lead and support the Wellbeing Carer team to deliver daily experiences and hospitality-style support, including 1:1 time and groups.
• Complete lifestyle assessments and contribute to care planning with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate volunteers, entertainers and outings and manage lifestyle communications (newsletters, social posts).
• Maintain safe, compliant practice including infection control and WHS.
• Conduct regular activity evaluations and support audits to improve the lifestyle program.
