UniLodge is seeking a casual Customer Service Coordinator to support the Western Sydney University portfolio across multiple campuses, delivering a welcoming resident experience and handling a range of enquiries and admin tasks.

You will join a team focused on safety, wellbeing and excellent service, with opportunities for growth and involvement in a dynamic student accommodation environment.

Qualifications

• Background in reception or hospitality can be advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to be on your feet and handle varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Assist with enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report concerns related to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate and perform administrative duties (mail, filing, etc.).
