Job summary

UniLodge Living Group is seeking a customer service coordinator to support residents across multiple campuses in Western Sydney, including Hawkesbury, Nirimba and Campbelltown. The role is casual, on-site, and focused on delivering a welcoming resident experience with strong communication and administrative duties.

Ideal candidates will have background in reception or hospitality, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills and organisational abilities.
• Background in reception or hospitality is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Respond to enquiries related to student residency, studies, and wellbeing.
• Monitor safety concerns and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and perform admin tasks (mail, filing, etc.).
