Job summary

UniLodge Living Group is seeking a Residential Life & Customer Service Manager in NSW to lead the Residential Life Program across our student properties. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, managing events, and coordinating a supportive community environment.

You will recruit and develop a team of Residential Advisors, collaborate with university support services, and oversee daily operations, finances, and property standards to ensure a safe, welcoming living

Qualifications

• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• National Police Check (completed within last 3 months).
• Working with Children's Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life Program at the property.
• Manage a diverse and holistic calendar of events for residents while balancing core areas of support and resident interests.
• Provide exceptional service to all internal customers and associated organisations.
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with University support services across campus to ensure the wellbeing of students.
• Recruit, train and manage a team of Residential Advisors and Senior Residents.
• Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times and after-hours.
• Manage the day-to-day administrative operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups (investors, university housing bodies, key learning institutions).
• Ongoing management of the apartments including inspections and maintenance requests.
• Manage the property’s financial performance.
• Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in implementing, fostering and promoting the Residential Life Program to all students.
