Job summary

UniLodge Living Group is seeking a passionate Customer Service Manager to join our team on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis. You will support residents, build a welcoming community, and coordinate with university housing services to ensure wellbeing.

The role demands resilience, strong communication, and hands-on ownership of tasks from day-to-day administration to events and programs that enhance student living across our properties.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• National Police Check completed within last 3 months.
• Working with Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to residents and related teams.
• Maintain relationships with university housing services to support student wellbeing.
• Be an active member of emergency response team during shifts.
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
• Coordinate events and activities to enhance student living.
• Oversee property upkeep and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Contribute to financial performance and reporting for the properties.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation across properties.
