Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or UniLodge setting.
• Experience in hotels or accommodation with guest experiences.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Proficiency with technology and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line operations and be the point of accountability for the residence.
• Enhance resident experience and drive occupancy outcomes.
• Recruit, train and mentor Customer Service Coordinator and Residential Advisor teams.
• Deliver resident experiences through events and support initiatives.
• Maintain high safety, compliance, and reporting standards.
