UniLodge Edith Cowan University in Joondalup and Bunbury is seeking a full-time Property Manager Operations to oversee all aspects of property operations, the resident experience, occupancy, and financial performance. You will lead a small team, ensure safety and compliance, and build strong partnerships with university stakeholders while delivering exceptional student living.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven full-time Property Manager Operations to join our team at UniLodge Edith Cowan University across Joondalup and Bunbury. In this rewarding leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, including the resident experience, occupancy, financial performance, and administration. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional student living environment while ensuring smooth, successful day-to-day property operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective financial management by overseeing budgets, optimising costs and driving occupancy outcomes.
• Enhance the resident experience through engaging programs and initiatives that promote satisfaction and community connection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and university partners, providing timely communication and reporting.
• Ensure the property is safe, secure, well-maintained, and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members, fostering a positive culture and high-performance environment.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property management, student accommodation, hospitality, or a similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Check (or be willing to obtain).
• Car and Current Driver's Licence.
