899 Collins is a new riverside Build-to-Rent community in Docklands, Melbourne. As a Resident Experience Team Member, you will be the friendly face, providing warm, professional service to residents and guests, helping create a welcoming atmosphere.

You will assist leasing tasks, inspections, and viewings, resolve resident concerns, and collaborate with maintenance, cleaning and security to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
• Completed Agent's Representative Certificate (VIC).
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Entry level leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
• Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.
• Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold residents' rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.
