Job summary

Essence Communities is seeking a confident Resident Experience Team Member for 899 Collins in Docklands, Melbourne. You’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our Build-to-Rent community, delivering warm, professional service to residents and guests.

With entry-level leasing exposure and the Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC), you’ll resolve concerns, support leasing tasks, and collaborate with maintenance, cleaning and security teams. UNI LODGE Living Group family.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a National Police Check are required.
• Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC) is required or must be obtained.
• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Entry level leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.
• Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.
• Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.

Key Responsibilities Include
