Essence Communities is seeking a Leasing Agent for 899 Collins in Docklands, Melbourne. This permanent full-time role guides prospective residents from initial enquiry to move-in, showcases premium apartments and amenities, and helps maintain high occupancy through proactive enquiry management.

The successful candidate will join a customer-focused team in a vibrant BTR community. You will bring leasing experience, tour confidence, CRM familiarity, and local Australian work rights to contribute

Qualifications

• Proven leasing experience in residential, commercial or retail property.
• Confidence conducting property tours and guiding applicants through the full leasing journey.
• Strong organisation and follow-through; comfort managing CRM systems and KPIs.
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC).
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through a seamless, supportive journey – from first enquiry to move-in, ensuring every interaction feels personal, warm and effortless.
• Confidently showcase our apartments and amenities, bringing the Build to Rent lifestyle to life.
• Proactively manage and convert leasing enquiries to achieve occupancy and minimise vacancy.
• Support smooth move-ins and renewals, fostering a connected and inclusive community.
• Ensure accurate lease administration, compliance excellence, and presentation standards that reflect our premium brand.
