Essence Communities is Melbourne's premier Build-to-Rent operator, delivering premium rental residences at 899 Collins. As a Leasing Agent, you will guide residents from initial enquiry through move-in, showcasing premium spaces with warmth and professionalism.

You will drive occupancy by proactively managing enquiries, conducting property tours, and ensuring lease administration meets high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing experience in residential, commercial or retail property.
• Confidence conducting property tours and guiding applicants through the full leasing journey.
• Strong organisation and follow-through, with comfort managing CRM systems and KPIs.
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC).

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through a seamless journey from first enquiry to move-in.
• Confidently showcase apartments and amenities to bring the Build-to-Rent lifestyle to life.
• Proactively manage and convert leasing enquiries to achieve occupancy and minimise vacancy.
• Support smooth move-ins and renewals, fostering a connected community.
• Ensure accurate lease administration, compliance, and presentation standards reflecting the premium brand.
