Job summary

Garden Village Port Macquarie is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our aged care community. This casual role offers flexibility and coverage across the team, with duties including greeting residents, answering calls, and providing practical administrative support.

You will coordinate mail, deliveries and assist with Village events, while maintaining a positive, team-focused approach and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task with confidence.
• Knowledge of Windows and MS Office; willingness to learn.
• Experience in administration in a fast-paced environment, ideally in health or aged care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, clients and visitors and ensure they feel valued.
• Answer and triage phone calls.
• Coordinate courier deliveries and mail distribution.
• Assist with Village functions and provide admin support to the Executive Team.
• Demonstrate flexibility, reliability and a team-focused approach.
