Job summary

Garden Village Port Macquarie is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of our aged care community. This casual role offers flexibility and coverage across the team, with duties including greeting residents, answering calls, and providing practical administrative support.

You will coordinate mail, deliveries and assist with Village events, while maintaining a positive, team-focused approach and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

You will warmly welcome residents, clients and visitors, ensuring they feel valued and supported from the moment they arrive. Duties include answering and triaging phone calls, coordinating courier deliveries and mail distribution, assisting with Village functions and providing administrative support to the Garden Village Executive Team. Flexibility, reliability and a positive, team-focused approach are essential to succeed in this role.
