Job summary

Garden Village, located in Port Macquarie on the NSW Mid North Coast, is seeking Registered Nurses for flexible part-time or full-time roles. Join a not-for-profit provider offering compassionate care across our aged care facility and home care service, with backfill support for annual leave and short-notice shifts.

We offer permanent contracts with guaranteed hours or a monthly rostered day off, competitive hourly rates, not-for-profit salary packaging, and access to in-house clinical education

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families and staff.
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes.
• National Police Check and NDIS Workers Check.

Responsibilities

• Backfill staff on annual leave, rostered days off and short notice shifts.
• Work across Aged Care Facility and Home Care Service as needed.
• Contribute to a clinical leadership team delivering compassionate care and support.

• work in our Aged Care Facility but also assist in our Home Care Service.
• backfill staff on annual leave, rostered days off and short notice shifts.

Garden Village can offer you:

• Permanent Full-Time contract with a monthly rostered day off or Permanent Part time contracts with guaranteed hours
• Hourly rates ranging from $46.10 - $58.41 (depending on experience and higher on weekends/ afternoon)

Desired Skills and Experience

Candidates will require:

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in Aged Care desirable
