Responsibilities

• Entering FIT email bookings and new group bookings/amendments.
• Answering phone calls – queries, confirmations and new bookings.
• Completing AM and PM checklists with confidence.
• Assisting dispatch of coaches and fielding driver queries on pickups.
• Communicating with drivers via radio.
• Assisting agents and guides with confirmations and amendments by phone.
• Building rapport with drivers – understanding restrictions, coach types and luggage capabilities.
• Completing scheduling for charter and FIT efficiently.
• Dispatching all drivers with paperwork each morning.
• Cross-hiring vehicles when at capacity.
• Completing groups checklists accurately.

As our Reservations & Operations Coordinator, you'll be the glue between our office, our drivers and our guests – juggling bookings, dispatch and radio comms to keep our day tours and group charters running like clockwork.

What you'll be doing:

• Entering FIT email bookings and new group bookings/amendments
• Answering phone calls – queries, confirmations and new bookings
• Completing AM and PM checklists with confidence
• Helping Operations dispatch coaches and fielding driver queries on pickups
• Communicating with drivers via radio
• Assisting agents and guides with confirmations and amendments by phone

Pay rates:

• Monday to Friday – $33.31/hour
• Saturday – $38.06/hour
• Sunday – $45.20/hour
