Job summary

Coral Expeditions in Australia is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations department (Sales and Service) with a focus on daily operations, mentoring, reporting, and escalations while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior travel industry experience preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in reservations/systems and Microsoft Office programs.

What You’ll Do

The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Reservations department, which includes a Sales team and a Service team, each led by a dedicated Team Leader. This role is critical in maintaining our high standard of customer service. The primary focus is on managing daily team operations, including resource allocation, mentoring, reporting, handling escalations, and cultivating a responsive, caring and sales-driven culture. The Reservations Manager will be required to assist with frontline tasks, such as responding to calls and emails.
