Job summary

QT Perth, part of EVT, is seeking a dynamic hotel sales and events professional to build revenue through prospecting, cold and warm outreach, and by coordinating with Reservations, C&E, Rooms and F&B to deliver on commitments.

You’ll bring proven experience in hotel sales, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to pipeline development, solid organisation, and a guest‑focused, flexible attitude for events and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel sales and events, with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, self-driven approach to prospecting and pipeline development.
• Solid organisational skills, with accuracy in reporting, forecasting and administration.
• Confident digital marketing and content skills across social media and web platforms.
• Professional, guest-focused manner with flexibility to attend events and support operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, cold/warm calling and relationship management with key decision-makers, planners and existing accounts
• Liaise across Reservations, C&E, Rooms and F&B to ensure sales commitments are delivered and revenue opportunities maximised
• Greet VIP clients and coordinate welcome amenities, upholding hotel standards at all times
• Represent the hotel at industry events, site inspections and client entertainment to convert opportunities into confirmed business
