Job summary

Pt. Leo Estate on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent to shape the guest journey from enquiry through to arrival. You will manage bookings across our restaurants, wine terrace and cellar door with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires experience in reservations or hospitality, exceptional communication, and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, oceanfront setting. Growth opportunities and staff dining/wine experiences are offered.

Pt. Leo Estate is one of Australia’s most unique luxury hospitality destinations, combining award-winning dining, world-class wines, and a breathtaking sculpture park set across 330 acres on the Mornington Peninsula.

We are seeking a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. This is a key role responsible for shaping the guest journey before they even arrive.

About the Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings across our restaurants, wine terrace, and cellar door. You will play an essential role in delivering a seamless and personalized experience from enquiry through to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Maximize bookings while maintaining the integrity of service standards
