Hastings People is seeking a Front Office Manager for a regional coastal property in Australia. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the Front Office team, deliver personalised guest experiences, and work closely with Food & Beverage leadership to ensure a seamless guest journey.

You will excel in boutique or lifestyle environments, manage relationships with guests and stakeholders, and drive engagement and service standards while modelling hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within boutique hotels or premium hospitality environments.
• Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Front Office Manager will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day leadership of the property and support broader operational excellence. This is a highly visible, guest-facing leadership position requiring someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both guests and team members.

While leading Front Office, the role also works closely alongside Food & Beverage leadership and other divisions to ensure a seamless guest journey across the property.
