Job summary

Village Roadshow invites you to join Sea World Resort on the Gold Coast as a Reservations Superstar. Bring energy to guest bookings, from third-party agents to direct inquiries, and help create unforgettable stays.

You will collaborate with Front Office, coordinate groups and VIPs, and support check-in to kick off exciting guest experiences. Prior experience in Front Office or Reservations is preferred; Opera PMS or TravelClick is a bonus. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office Reception or Reservations, you know the ropes.
• A talent for maximizing room revenue.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and TravelClick is a bonus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and school breaks.

Responsibilities

• Master of Reservations: manage bookings from third-party agents with care.
• Create Personalised Magic: answer questions and fulfil special requests.
• Group & VIP Coordinator: handle group bookings with operators.
• Smooth Check-In Support: assist front office to ensure seamless check-ins.
• Travel Agent Hero: act as go-to for travel agents and last-minute requests.

• Master of Reservations: Keep our reservations inbox in shipshape and smoothly handle bookings from third-party agents, with an eye for detail and a heart for service.
• Create Personalised Magic: You’ll work directly with our guests, answering questions and fulfilling special requests to make their stay unique and unforgettable.
• Group & VIP Coordinator: Work with tour operators and conference delegates, ensuring group bookings are as fun and easy as a water slide ride!
• Smooth Check-In Support: Partner with our Front Office Team to make sure every check-in and check-out is seamless. Think of yourself as the first wave of excitement in our guests’ stay!
• Travel Agent Hero: Be the go-to contact for travel agents and handle last-minute booking requests like a pro.

What You’ll Bring
