What You'll Be Up To:

Master of Reservations: Keep our reservations inbox in shipshape and smoothly handle bookings from third-party agents, with an eye for detail and a heart for service.

Create Personalised Magic: You’ll work directly with our guests, answering questions and fulfilling special requests to make their stay unique and unforgettable.

Group & VIP Coordinator: Work with tour operators and conference delegates, ensuring group bookings are as fun and easy as a water slide ride!

Smooth Check-In Support: Partner with our Front Office Team to make sure every check-in and check-out is seamless. Think of yourself as the first wave of excitement in our guests’ stay!
