Job summary

Village Roadshow Ltd is seeking a Guest Service Agent at Sea World Resort, Main Beach on the Gold Coast. This part-time role offers tiered hourly rates and a dynamic hospitality environment where guest experiences come first.

You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, help with luggage, offer local tips, and handle transactions with care. Flexible weekend and night availability is preferred to keep the thrill alive for our visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/customer service preferred.
• Experience with front desk operations is a plus.
