Job summary

Village Roadshow Ltd is seeking a Porter at Sea World Resort, Main Beach, Gold Coast. This part-time role pays hourly rates with weekend and public holiday shifts. You will greet guests, assist with parking, guide guests, and support a smooth guest experience across the resort.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Team-player attitude essential for a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to handle physical demands (lifting, standing, etc.).
• Flexible to work weekends, nights, and public holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome as the first point of contact.
• Park and retrieve vehicles with care and style.
• Assist with driveway flow to ensure smooth arrivals.
• Guide guests with directions and queries to enhance their experience.
• Go above and beyond to fulfil guest requests and create moments of delight.
• Use initiative to ensure guests feel like VIPs.
