Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations for our various adventure packages, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for our customers.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide information, answer questions, and assist with any concerns regarding their reservations.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to regularly update and promote our packages and special offers.
• Utilize reservation management software to track bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately.
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure that all reservations are confirmed and all necessary arrangements are made for customers' travel needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently and effectively resolving any issues that may arise before, during, or after a trip.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication between all departments.
