You will manage reservations across multiple systems and keep product knowledge up to date.
You should have 2–3 years in reservations or sales, strong communication and data-entry skills, and confidence in upselling.

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will deliver exceptional service across calls, emails and chat interactions, converting enquiries into confirmed reservations through confident sales, strong product knowledge and accurate booking management. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable accommodation, tours, destination experiences and travel packages, and maintain accurate reservation information across multiple systems. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you’ll pay a vital role in shaping the beginning of our guests’ unforgettable journeys.
