Europcar España is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer at Melbourne Airport. This full-time position combines customer service with vehicle rental responsibilities and sales targets. You’ll greet customers, process rentals, upsell services, and maintain vehicle condition.

You will work with a team to deliver a seamless rental experience, supporting promotions and maintaining brand standards across AU/NZ operations. Strong communication and tech proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Experience in car rental or travel retail is desirable.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first approach.
• Comfort with using computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to rent vehicles based on preferences.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail
• Car rental experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑first mindset
• Confident using computer systems and technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster – 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
• Valid Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record
