Job summary

Avis Budget Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Rental Operations Agent to handle face-to-face customer interactions, process rental bookings, inspect vehicles for damage and assist with wash bay duties.

This casual, ongoing role offers full training, a minimum four day per week commitment, and a supportive, global team with opportunities to grow within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Must have a full and valid driver's license.
• Available for a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to input rental information.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face, promoting our brand.
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspecting vehicles for damages and reporting any issues.
