Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Rental Operations Agent on the Sunshine Coast. This role combines face-to-face customer service with back-of-house duties, including bookings, vehicle inspections, and vehicle cleaning.

We offer ongoing training, a supportive culture, and opportunities to grow within our large global organisation. Casual, 4+ days per week, no Working Holiday visa holders considered at this time.

Qualifications

• Must have full and valid driver’s licence.
• Casual position requiring availability of 4 days per week.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to input rental information.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face and promote Avis Budget Group products.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Inspect and clean vehicles according to standards.
• Assist with wash bay duties and vehicle inspections for prior damage.
