Job summary

PJO Recruitment in Parramatta is seeking a Junior Account Manager for Business Lending (Renewals). You will manage a portfolio of existing business customers, maintain relationships, and guide renewals from initial contact to settlement.

You'll focus on renewal opportunities, understand customer needs, and promote suitable lending solutions while working toward targets in a supportive team with a modern office and flexible work-from-home one day per week.

Qualifications

• Some experience in sales, financial services, lending or CRM.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Proactive approach with the drive to hit targets.
• Ability to manage several customers and deals at once.
• Genuine interest in helping businesses grow.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to existing customers to find renewal and funding opportunities.
• Manage your own portfolio and build long‑term relationships.
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the right lending solution.
• Manage renewal applications from first contact through to settlement.
