4Twenty Consulting in Sydney is partnering with a fast-growing Australian FinTech to expand its commercial team. We are recruiting two Junior Account Managers to join the Sydney office and help grow broker engagement and loan activity.

You will work with leadership, credit and operations to build relationships with commercial finance brokers, manage a pipeline of equipment finance opportunities and support brokers through application and funding processes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in account management or business development.
• Experience in commercial, asset or equipment finance preferred.
• B2B sales experience in fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The business is now looking for two Junior Account Managers to join its Sydney team.

You’ll work within a small, high-performing commercial team and partner closely with leadership, credit and operations to grow broker engagement and support loan growth.

• Support brokers throughout the application and funding process
• Identify opportunities to increase broker engagement and loan volumes

Salary and Benefits

• $77,000 base salary + super
• Uncapped commission
