Job summary

Ausco Modular is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team across the Orana - Dubbo / Bathurst region on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will drive growth of our hire business in construction, industrial, mining and renewable energy sectors, focusing on identifying opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships.

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of building client relationships.
• Experience engaging with customers across construction, industrial, mining and energy markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, industrial, mining, and renewable energy sectors.
• Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, referrals, and business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Achieve sales targets by consistently developing a healthy pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
• Use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
