Ausco Modular is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative for the Orana - Dubbo/Bathurst region on a 6-month fixed-term contract. • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of building client relationships and driving growth.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting and converting opportunities into partnerships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across construction, industrial and energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within construction, industrial, mining, and renewable energy sectors.
• Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, referrals and BD activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive growth.
• Achieve sales targets by developing a healthy pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Use Salesforce to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and identify opportunities.
