EML invites a experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager to join our Melbourne team. You’ll manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, delivering high-quality service and supporting injured workers to recover and return to work.

Based in Melbourne with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after induction, you will collaborate with employers and stakeholders, using your knowledge of Victorian WC to drive positive outcomes and compliant case management.

Qualifikationen

• Victorian Workers Compensation scheme experience or injury management background.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
• Strong PC skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to engage a range of stakeholders.
• Empathetic, resilient and solutions-focused for complex situations.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to think creatively.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide early, timely and empathetic service to injured workers and employers.
• Proactively manage all aspects of a caseload of workers' compensation claims.
• Deliver the desired customer experience and end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
• Provide accurate, consistent information on claims, entitlements and responsibilities.
• Conduct claims reviews, case conferences or face-to-face meetings with clients.
