You’ll operate nationwide and own NSW-related tasks while collaborating with a startup team in a flexible, remote environment. You will respond to inquiries, assist with bookings and changes, provide destination advice, and maintain organized client records.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity.
• Previous customer service experience; travel, tourism, or hospitality background is a plus.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational habits.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, software, and booking platforms.
• A genuine passion for travel and helping clients plan memorable trips.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist clients with travel planning, bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Maintain organized client records to support smooth communication and planning.
• Follow up before and after travel to confirm details and collect feedback.
• Address client concerns with empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
